Summary: 

Idealease is recruiting qualified phone representatives who can work Full Time (40 hours weekly). Applicants should have ability to work regular weekdays, some weekends, and possibly holidays in a 24X7 call center operation.  Great benefits available to full-time employees, such as free dental, free vision and competitive health insurance.  There is also access to a 24X7 fitness center on-site.

Responsibilities: 
  1. Provide customer service to customers, drivers, vendors, etc…
  2. Develop understanding of Idealease Best Practices and implement them into service intake, scheduling and follow-up procedures.
  3. Meet and/or exceed call center metrics.
  4. Maintain scheduled/expected ETAs provided by vendors
  5. Adapt well to change and accepts constructive feedback

  1. Communicate and cooperate with all departments.
  2. Attend company meetings as required.
  3. Handle all customer issues in a professional and courteous manor.
  4. Display an earnest desire to perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Note: Shift could vary on occasion; including possible weekend/holiday rotations, and occasional OT.

Skills: 
  1. Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
  2. Above average typing skills; 30 WPM minimum
  3. Ability to adapt to new software
  4. Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with callers under high pressure situations
  5. Ability to multi-task (talking and typing)
  6. Basic Microsoft Office skills
  7. Strong attention to detail
Education / Training: 

High School Diploma or GED Preferred

Experience: 

1+ to 2 Years Required
